I purchased this probably 5 months ago and forgot about it, the date on it says March 16th but I’ve had it refrigerated since I bought it. Is it still okay to eat?
Has it been frozen since you bought it? If so, most likely be fine. If it hasn’t, well…at least the visual

It’s honestly probably fine, just check for mold on/inside the noodles (condensation in sealed packaging can lead to mold growth) but if there’s no mold, I would feel 110% confident in eating it. (Especially because I saw you mention in another comment it doesn’t smell or look weird at all)

Has it been frozen the whole time? If so, it would be fine. If it hasn’t, well… I’d sniff and taste one of them cautiously before cooking. At least the visual is not alarming, but the moisture inside the package doesn’t look safe.

Just my own personal anecdote, I’ve eaten this 2 years past its expiration date with no issues. As long as it passes the visual, smell, and taste test it is fine for me.
