good food and good workout today!!

breakfast: oatmeal with quark, raspberries and bloobs (I added chia seeds to the oats today)

lunch: ugly tuna kimbap with sriracha mayo and soy sauce

dinner: quinoa salad and omelette

evening snack: banana oatmeal with quark, raspberries and peanut butter

to finish macros: banana with peanut butter

    And the quinoa with the omelette is a nice touch I wouldn’t think of combining the two!

    Quark girl!! Lovely food as always, btw you made me return to oatmeal, I’d been avoiding if for months, if not years! I’m not a fan of eating a cake for breakfast as most oatmeals look like on the internet and yours just looks so appetizing
