I actually liked the black truffle sauce people just don’t know how to pare anything with black truffle properly it’s not for sandwiches it’s meant for stronger dishes so nothing overwhelms the other

Oh boy. To each, their own, but that sauce disgusts me. Opened it, took a taste, right in the trash. Melinda’s ghost pepper sauce is delicious though.

I strongly prefer vinegar based sauces with pulled pork.
Apple Cider vinegar mixed with some crushed red pepper, cayenne, snd some glugs of Texas Pete is perfect, or just straight Texas Pete or their pepper vinegar.
