If you’re the original owner, should be covered under warranty.
Tip: when you get your new base, you can use the old one as a planter. I planted a dwarf avocado tree in mine.

If you can’t get it warrantied:
I fixed a similar (but worse) crack in my XL egg that was already there when I got it for free from an old boss of mine that had abused it. If you’re up for fixing it, I can share my methods with you. 5 years and 2 months later and she’s still holding strong.

If not warranty, fine “refectory” cement repaired several crack and the internal internal part as well, it’s from 1971, shipped during the Viet Nam, bought from Noritaki, Japan.

Less than 1/8” you’re fine worst case you could point it up but when you fire it up it’ll close up.
