Rye country bread from a recovered sourdough starter

    Almost 20 days ago I shared that[ I lost all my rye sourdough starter ](https://www.reddit.com/r/Sourdough/comments/1df4j3a/help_i_used_all_my_sourdough_and_i_do_not_have/)and then shared an update on how I recover it from my in-laws. That starter was neglected for almost 4 months but I was able to recover it and made this loaf. I followed [Claire Saffitz recipe ](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mV7tcR8PlIs)but I used rye starter instead of wheat. I was worried about the result but it was great, just a bit fragile when cutting it but nothing else.

    If you have any suggestions on how to improve it or what should I keep in mind, I thank you!
