Cheese nachos made with Mexican, cheddar, and Carolina Reaper cheddar. Melted in oven at 350 for 5 min, then sprinkled some Ghost Pepper flakes. Alternated bites with Melinda’s Ghost Pepper and Torchbearer’s Garlic Reaper. Still alive this morning…
