

I will preface by saying I like cilantro but even I felt like the cilantro kinda overpowered the fish. It wasn’t that I thought this meal was bad, I love barramundi but the cilantro was pretty much all I cooked taste even when I was eating the couscous (which didn’t even have cilantro!).
I’ve had the parsley version of this in both the barramundi and tilapia and that version taste soo much better. Gives it a lighter, fresher taste.
If you’re on the fence with cilantro, definitely skip this.
