For 4 large bell peppers:

1/5 cup medium grain rice Washed and soaked for 1 hour
300gr ground beef
300gr of a Mixture of Parsley, Basil, Spring Onion, Mint and Tarragon
1 cup split pea
50 gr butter
2 large onion, one diced and one sliced(for sauce)
4 tbsp tomato paste divided in half( for sauce and filling)
Salt, Pepper and Turmeric
Note: Cook Rice for 8 minutes and also the split pea should be cooked before mixing
