These were so soft and fluffy. Super fun to make too! Cooked them over the stove instead of in the oven (which would probably be quicker) Gonna freeze the leftovers and reheat whenever! Recipe from zerowastechef.

Wow this is cool!
When I’ve made pita in the past, I actually used a wok, which sort of mimics the earthen ovens pita is often cooked in. You actually put the bread along the side of the wok, so it’s not on direct heat.
