This post is to thank this community and its members for posting their expertise, avid follower of posts from this group.

i started growing super hots from the past 5 years, i was using multiple sources mostly from usa to procure seeds,
This time i approached few of the members from this group for seeds, many were helpful with info on where to procure seeds and all

but i would like to thank badgerxavenger /u/badgerxavenger for going out of his way to send me 72 varieties of seeds and he didnt even take money for shipping, his only ask is carry forward the help he had done, and i got the seeds in india after a week,

20 days back i took a seed tray procured a working seed starter soil, (its difficult to get good soil that works for pepper plants here in india)i mixed coco peat with seed starter soil along with mulch and perlite and filled the seed trays, added 2/3 seeds to each cell in seed tray and used heating pad for controlling temperature and covered the seed tray to maintain good moisture, and got good germination. I am happy with how the things are going on.

i want to have a good pepper farm with a variety of pepper plants, will start growing super hots and make a good hot sauces from them, and also sell dried superhot chillies to people who want them.

will update how it goes, if the members have any suggestions or what kind of precautions i can take i am all ears.

Also if possible please suggest a good name for the pepper farm, (in india people call peppers as chillies and peppers generally mean black pepper for us)

thanks and regards dear pepper growers,

It looks like your seedlings are growing out of little cupcakes!

Congratulations on the start up, that user hooking you up with seeds is seriously amazing, it looks like things are chugging along nicely.

As for a name, I’m throwing in “Red Badger Chili Farms” after your benefactor and cuz chillies are red.

A friend/colleague of mine is visiting his family in Tamil Nadu. He asked what he could bring me and I said Indian chilies (knowing he wouldn’t take “nothing” for an answer. What chilies would be considered native to India? I’d love to grow some.

Is coco coir easy to get? I would use that over peat, if you’d like some extra diversity I have some superhots I could send.
