
Y’all I just got back from Seoul and I can’t stop thinking about the tteokbokki I had from a street stall at this market. I’ve had it plenty of times in the states but it didn’t taste anywhere close to as good as the one in Seoul did.
Do any of my Korean friends have a recipe closer to the flavors I got in Seoul? The ones I’ve had here in Texas are all so watery and less thick and spicy goodness. There was a sweetness I can’t describe as well.
Tbh I am obviously addicted. I hope someone can help me!
