Tuesday meal prep cus I got lazy on Sunday.

Veggies: 3 bell peppers, 2 zucchinis, 1 red onion, 2 garlic cloves, S&P, olive oil

Chicken: 6 thighs, cumin, garlic powder, lemon juice, cayenne, paprika, chili powder, S&P

Throw on a sheet and bake at 450°F for 25min.

The rice pilaf is pre-made (2 packs of Uncle Ben's). I had the sixth serving for dinner and it's tastier than it looks I promise :p
