I was CRAVING Greek chicken kebabs today. I couldn't find my skewers to make a real kebab but this hit the spot!
Greek chicken, red potatoes with bell pepper, corn salad (corn, bell pepper, serrano, red onion), and pita. Blanched broccoli on the side. Not pictured: feta.
Chicken marinade: olive oil, lemon juice, italian seasoning, paprika, shallot pepper, and red chili flakes. (I put this on the potatoes, too.)
Full disclosure: I'm pregnant so I'm not restricting to 1200/day right now, but this was pretty good volume eating so I still wanted to share! 😊
