    One jar is never enough. Great on almost anything.

    One of my favorite uses for it is making a chili crisp mayo for steamed bao buns. Shit is nuts.

    They do 700g (25 ounce) jars too, just FYI. Lasts (slightly) longer than just the two-three meals you’ll get out of the normal size ones.

    I wish I never bought laoganma. Now, all food is basically just a vehicle to get laoganma into my mouth!

    Never heard it referred to as Disappointed Asian Lady, but I like that. My partner calls this “Jackie Chan sauce”. 🤣

    I mix them with some soy sauce, lime juice, and peanut butter to make a sauce that works really well with cold soba noodles. Creamy while being slightly spicy and refreshing at the same time.
