First experiment with infusing vodka.
I want to start infusing different drinks and I figured this would be a good start because I’m a little nervous to try to make it with hotter peppers. I used 5 habaneros, 5 Serranos, 3 jalapeños, and a dash of pickle juice.
Anyone have recommendations for my next experiment? I’ve read a mixture of success stories and horror stories about infusing with superhots but I’m still curious about other types of peppers that give a good flavor.
