Hi guys! I’m fairly new to posting on this sub. I’ve been lurking it for a bit to gather inspiration on low cal, high volume meals. I’d like to know what you think about this meal! Anything I should add/replace to make it as voluminous as possible!
Here’s what my plate consists of:
1 cup of carrots: 35 cal
2 ikea veggie dogs (I cut mine in half): 120 cals
Half cup cottage cheese: 110 cals
7 crunchmaster crackers: 70 cals
Half cup pickles beets: 30 cal
2 tbs sauerkraut: 20 cal
Add it all up and it brings be to a total of 385 cal
