Yesterday was one of these days that made me appreciate life. I went on a run, saw the sunrise, and got to witness everything around me wake up. Then I got to eat all these delicious foods and spend the day with my favorite people. Its truly the small wins and moments in life and yesterday was one of those small wins. Im also so close to my goal weight! 🥺
If no one told you today, wherever you are, you doing amazing! Most journeys are not linear and you will get to the destination if you just keep going so please just get one win in today. Even something as small as making your bed or telling someone in your life how much you love them.

    1. rice sheet tortilla omelette, strawberries, cherry tomato, radish and cottage cheese
    2. Rice cake with cottage and cinnamon
    3. Protein oreo ice cream
    4. Chicken fajitas burrito bowl
    5. Jello, chocolate chip mint yasso bar, and 5 pieces of homemade yogurt bark

    I also had a small kodiak brownie and a small handful of granola thats not pictured lol
