I’s take the pomodoro for lowest cals (especially if the ricotta salad is on the side) or the mare if you want a good amount of protein while still being a very lean pasta

I’d suggest the potato pizza, or perhaps the margherita or tuna. This looks like it will be a thin crust style, so maybe 600 cals for the crust for a 12 inch? Plus toppings and olive oil. But it’s impossible for us to say how many calories with any accuracy because we don’t know how big the portions are.
I would stay away from pasta because I find restaurant portions are often multiple servings.
You could check out their website or Google reviews to get a sense of the portion size in advance and that could help you estimate better.
