Pancakes:
– My protein pancake powder blended with carrots + milk + xanthan gum (so the batter is thick enough to cook well)
– cook ya pancakes on low heat, cover them whilst they’re in pan till u can flip em.
Dip:
– Protein powder mixed into Greek yog + fruit of choice chopped on top, or other topping.

Boom ya gotta a high protein meal with some fruit and veggies that’s low cal for its size and macros, enjoy!
