Sausages, jalapeños, bacon, emmental, gouda, chillies,water ( for I e cubes for cocktails), and salt. Its all been vacuum packed and in the fridge. About an 8h smoke.
Not something I do often but worth it and easy.

    I’m assuming you used a smoke tube and pellets. I’ve been meaning to do this for a while now. Smoked cheese tastes so good.
