THE EASIEST CHEESE FONDUE you can make at home for Valentine’s Day

Beer Cheese Fondue
Ingredients
2 bags sharp cheddar cheese
4 cloves of garlic
Stick of butter
2 tbsp of flour
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 bottle of beer
2 cups whole milk

Directions:
⁃ Melt butter, sauté garlic until soft, add in flour, salt, and pepper
⁃ Cook out the roux to remove flour taste
⁃ Add in beer, milk, and fold in the cheese using a whisk

Serve with bread, carrots, green apples, pickles, tomatoes, broccoli, and any other goodies you love dipping in creamy cheese!c
