    I add EVERYTHING. My thought is if you aren’t going to track everything why track at all? I’ll add and track garlic powder, herbs, everything.

    Probably cause when I first started I never tracked olive oil and couldn’t figure out while I wasn’t losing weight lol.

    Also are you just using a note pad? Use MyFitnessPal it’s so much easier
