They look strangely wonderful! Like the ideal tomato sandwich tomato!

**Caprese Salad**: Slice them and use in a classic Caprese salad with fresh mozzarella, basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. The meatiness will provide a substantial bite. or maybe tomato sauce

Nice slice! I’d have to try a sandwich, with or without bacon. Definitely with salt, pepper and mayo, imo.

I’ve grown these for a few years and while I think they look amazing, flavor wise they are not my favorite tomato. There are definitely better slicers and sandwich tomatoes out there, like Brandywines or Pineapple. In my opinion this is a decent stuffing tomato due to the large size, lack of juice or pulp, and large open interior.
Honestly I told myself I wasn’t going to grow it again this year but then I did anyway.
