    This is the recipe I used. This was the recipe I used when I first started making sourdough bread almost 30 years ago. My current process takes much longer, but I was looking for a quicker recipe. I did still s&f for 5 sessions of 4 s&f with 30 minutes in between, but did not cold ferment as usual, and let rise about 2 hrs in the microwave.
