Apple Date Banana Baked Oatmeal

    **Recipe:**

    Ingredients:

    * 200g Quick Cook Oats
    * 225g Banana
    * 300g Apple
    * 125g Pitted Dates
    * 140g Whey Protein Powder
    * 130g 0% Fat Greek Yogurt
    * 2 Eggs
    * 1tsp Baking Soda
    * 4g Baking Powder
    * 1tsp Salt
    * 400g Water
    * 2.5tsp Cinnamon

    Steps:

    1. Mash the bananas, add to a large mixing bowl yogurt and eggs, and mix well.
    2. Dice apples and cut some into thin slices for topping, add diced to bowl with protein powder, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and oats, and mix well.
    3. Add dates to saucepan and add enough water to cover them. Add baking soda and mix, then leave on high heat until it boils, then bring heat down to simmer and stir continuously until most water is absorbed.
    4. Combine both mixtures from before with the dates and pour batter into a baking tray with parchment paper.
    5. Bake at 180 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
