This is my first loaf of sourdough EVER. I made my starter two weeks and two days ago. Yesterday I put starter, flour and water together for my leaven, 18 hours later I began making my first loaf.

Please critique it, give advice, give me anything! I am new and learning, and am excited for the process!

The bread had a beautiful crust. The inside was nice, soft and chewy, but a little dense?

RECIPE:
200g leaven
450g flour
310g water
12g salt

    Wow! I’m 5 months into my sourdough journey and this looks great to me! You should be proud 👏 my only advice would be to watch some videos on scoring and shaping. It’s still a beautiful loaf. Good job!!
