Thought I’d make a post about this as I haven’t seen it on the sub and this stuff is so good, super thick, moreish and low cal. It’s basically a cheese made by straining yoghurt overnight in muslin cloth. Cream cheese texture. You can add things to spice it up (like cumin, dried dill, garlic, whatever you like).

Really worth a try especially if you’re a fan of Greek yoghurt! you can use the low fat version but the “normal” yoghurt (which most brands are pretty low cal anyway) makes a slightly nicer product.

So easy and nice to have when you want a spread and you’re sick of cottage cheese! It’s delicious and super versatile

    I LOVE LABNEH SO MUCH. I used to make it all the time but haven’t in a couple of years, thanks for the reminder to pick up some full fat yoghurt and get back on the train 🚂
