Hi just curious about some things I’m clueless about!

I’m a CASUAL employee for a year now at a popular coffee chain, my boss isn’t the best so I wanted to check if I’m being paid correctly…

We currently have new hires. One is only a month old, I have been put on a closing shift with her today and she has never done close before, so I had to train her to do some things and stay back extra time for this.
I’m being paid standard rates for staying back extra (only half an hour) but I was wondering if I should be paid more for training her? My boss knows this is her first close and that I had to train her but hasn’t offered extra pay… just wondering if I’m entitled to extra pay? I’m under restaurant industry award.
