Egg cup recipe: Preheat oven to 400 F. Wrap bacon in a loop inside muffin tin and bake @400 for 10 mins. In a bowl mix 10 eggs, shredded cheese, chopped spinach, and seasonings. Remove pan from oven and pour off the bacon fat. The bacon does shrink but you can hold it back into the cup shape with a fork while you pour the egg mixture. Pour the egg mixture into the cups (It’s ok if the egg is not perfectly inside the bacon cup). Bake an additional 12 minutes.

Do snacks count for what? You can plan whatever food you want. No one is keeping track.

For me, planning and prepping snacks is just as important as meals! Otherwise I stand in the fridge eating shredded cheese like a goblin. (Tbh, I do this anyway, but I do it less frequently if I have additional snacks handy. 😅)
