we’ll be using simple techniques and easyto find ingredients to create dishes that are bursting with flavor and guaranteed to impress so put on your aprons and let’s get cooking right you lot let’s kick things off with a showstopper Mediterranean stuffed peppers these Beauties are A Feast for the eyes and a party in your mouth vibrant Peppers bursting with a Savory filling that’s both delicious and nutritious first get those Peppers prepped slice them in half and scoop out the seeds use a mix of quinoa feta herbs tomatoes and spices stuff each pepper half generously arrange in a baking dish drizzle with olive oil and bake a vibrant flavorful and healthy dish for any occasion next up we’re diving into a classic Greek salad with chickpeas this salad is all about fresh vibrant ingredients that come together to create a symphony of flavors and textures it’s the perfect dish for a light lunch a refreshing side or even a satisfying dinner let’s start by prepping our veggies we’ll need Incredibly flavorful dish that’s perfect for any occasion get ready for a flavor explosion with these Falafel wraps they’re packed with with protein fiber and fresh veggies making them a satisfying and delicious meal we’ll start by making our Falafel combine chickpeas chopped onion garlic fresh parsley cilantro cumin coriander salt pepper and a pinch of cayenne pepper in a food processor pulse until a coarse mixture forms shape the Falafel mixture into small Patties or balls heat some olive oil in a skillet and pan fry the Falafel until golden brown and crispy on all sides while the Falafel is cooking warm up some P bread spread some hummus on each pea bread top with the crispy Falafel sliced tomatoes cucumbers red onion and a drizzle of tahini sauce wrap the P bread around the filling
