    Bell peppers don’t have capsaicin, so the “roasted red peppers” are not part of the problem.

    Heavy on mash. 3 different peppers with different spice profiles.

    Sounds like lotsa fun. I’m guessing the sodium content is kinda high because of all the mash?

    Is chia seed powder a thickener? I love thicker sauces so that might be a nice alternative to xantham gum
