It is more of a sweet bread texture to be honest, but with the protein icing it’s delightful. Also I couldn’t wait to try it so that explains why some is missing.
4 servings of 233 calories and 29g of protein. Currently my replacement for protein bars in the morning to save some monies. When I have it for a mid day snack I add the protein icing for an extra 265 calories and 38g protein, making 500cal and 67g. It’s mainly based off TheProteinChefs recipe!

We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!
Recipe:
3oz triple zero Vanilla Greek yogurt
340g cottage cheese ( I used 2% fat)
2 large eggs
40g oats
60g whey protein (Body tech fruity cereal worked amazingly)
1tsp vanilla extract
15g chocolate chips (optional)
Blend everything except the optional chocolate chips till smooth, pour into a dish and add the chocolate chips or any other topping, bake on 325 for 30 minutes or so.
The cream cheese icing is 2oz of Greek cream cheese, 2 oz fat free vanilla Greek yogurt, and 1 scoop of protein mixed with a hand mixer. Can really use as an icing for anything. Very buttery creamy.
