hi YouTubers how are you today I hope everyone is well today I’m going to make a easy simple and delicious roast it’s very easy very few ingredients and watch me do this guys you want to make this for Easter get you want if you’re in Michigan right now Kroger’s have these at $4.99 a pound which I think this is a little bit over two and like quite close to three but it was $16 and if you can see it’s beautiful you want some fat in your roast okay this roast is beautiful and it’s going to be delicious now this is what we’re going to do guys that’s onion what we’re going to do now is this we’re going to season it up I already mixed it together I’m going to use bay leaves oregano garlic pepper if you want to put a little lores or seasoning solda in yours you can I got salt and pepper and I have a tablespoon of flour because I’m going to um make a slurry so you want to season your um roast real well okay now I’m just going to do like this to get it to stick guys cuz I am going to sear my roast okay so what I want to do is I want to go in with this just like this and Sease It season your roast really well okay cuz this is going to cook for about 2 and 1 half 3 hours it’s little I’m going to check it in 2 hours but you want to definitely put a lot of seeds and I’m going to add some more garlic powder to the top of it that’s oregano and my season all mixed up here okay just want to rub it all in okay flip it over same thing this roast is going to be delicious some of you may want to put butter you can I’m just going to season it up okay and this is how your roast should be looking after you season it up guys okay all right guys you want to put this straight into your Skillet it does not have to be a cast iron skillet just because I’m using a cast iron skillet you don’t have to use one to get your food to be delicious but it does work and it does help guys but we’re going to let that kind of sear up on each side I put a little olive oil in here just a little bit and we’re going to let this just fry till we get that beautiful crust on our roast okay we’re going to flip it over and do the same thing we’re going to put it in the oven with carrots potatoes and onions okay let’s let’s let this sear all right it’s been about 3 minutes I think and we’re just going to take that’s what you’re looking for and turn it over and do the same thing okay so once this come like two minutes we’re going to take it out I’m just going to use an aluminum pan today and I’m want to put my onions carrots and potatoes in but you guys will get to see that so when I come back we’ll put this in the pan and I’ll show you what to do next all right guys I took and put my carrots in here because I’m having carrots potatoes and onions I’m not going in with my potatoes they’re cut up right here I’m going in with my carrots and onions into that love that was at the bottom for me sautéing that beautiful roast and I’m just going to take these right here the onions and the carrots and I’m going to sauté them up and lay this as like a bed for our roast to lay on top of okay so you’re going to sauté these for about maybe two maybe 2 three minutes till you get that Aroma coming through and your neighbors are smelling all that love coming out your house and your son is saying oh mommy this is going to be a good dinner and your little kids are grabbing on your legs what are we eating that’s how this meal is it smells absolutely amazing okay if you want to put more seasoning into your carrots and onions at this time you can but the love was at the bottom of the skillet and we got it all over those carrots and onions and I got me some garlic over here cut up fresh garlic and that’s going to go in there we’re going to put some bay leaves also but all of this will be in the description box the only thing is you got to kind of get your measurements the way you like it if you don’t make it overseason under season you got to find a balance so I do have some numbers that I am going to put down in the description box for you to use okay so we got all of that up I don’t want to leave anything behind in this Skillet is nothing but love in this Skillet guys nothing but love and flavor okay so it’s been about 2 three minutes we going to take this out and I’m going show you what’s next I’ll be right back all right guys I’m going to put this roast back on there you see the bed of onions and your carrots okay so we’re just going to take this and lay it right on top how cool is that you hear it it’s beautiful okay now this is your Next Step okay I got a tablespoon of flour and this is going to be a slurry okay you just want to rub it I mean excuse me you want to mix it in this is a whole tablespoon not a teaspoon a tablespoon of flour you can use corn starch flour whatever you prefer to make your slurry with okay now what you want to do is this you want to take this and pour it all the way around your roast okay that’s going to thicken it up if you want to put um seasoning in there you can but remember there so much love in this roast man is it going to be good I am going to go in with a little more water all right so we got all of our ingredients together okay see how that’s laying now garlic already put together I’m just going to put some pieces around it and on it a little bit guys like this going to stick it into my meat like that okay if you don’t like garlic hey don’t use it don’t put it in there I’ll put some around and in there and guess what I’m going in with my potatoes it’s not going to be too much if you want to put butter you can okay I cut up some potatoes all of my things are going in together and I’ll show you guys how it turns out it’s going to be absolutely amazing if you want to put your potatoes in let your rose cook an hour and then take it out but this is only going to probably take 2 and 1/2 hours three at the most I think but we’re going to timey it so that I can give you an exact time on this because this is just a two pounder 2 and 1/2 pounder roll so it’s not going to take that long the longer the better so if you want to put butter onto your potatoes you can all right I’m going to go in with a little olive oil on mine not butter okay I’m going to wrap this up seal it really tight with aluminum foil my oven is on 375 ready to go and I’m going to see you guys in 2 and 1/2 hours I’mma check it at two come back and let you guys see it I’ll be right back someone may not know how to wrap it so let’s wrap it up okay go in like this you want to tighten that aluminum foil to the pan so that nothing gets in there okay you want everything in there to stay into this pan I’mma put it in a pretty pan once it gets done guys this is easy but throw out put your um food in there if you’re going to make this for Easter it’s going to be awesome everybody’s going to be happy all right 375 2 and 1/2 hours but we’re going to check it at two and see how long we should put it in there all right all right guys 2 hours and 38 minutes on my roast okay oo I call myself letting it sit a little bit look at that roast guys look at it look at that gravy look at the potatoes they’re not overcooked look at this look at the gravy on there and that’s some slow hurry this and I did add my bay leaves in make sure you take them out you don’t want to leave them in there I did add my baay leaves you guys seen I put the garlic in there now let’s do this it’s can lift it up without breaking it guys I’m loving this gravy see some people think that they’re going to overcook their potatoes but I only had a two and 1 half pound if that okay let’s do this oh man look how that’s cutting look guys look at that that’s how you want your Easter roast to be all right guys if you enjoyed this
