I de-skinned the chicken thighs, rubbed with a little avacado oil and various seasonings (I do 2 different batches of flavors for some variety), and grilled.

Potatoes very lightly oiled, and lightly seasoned with Badia Complete Seasoning. Oven temp at 400°F, roasted for 25mins, tossed, and another 25mins. They're not crispy, but still delicious.

Broccoli, steamed and tossed in a small amount of whatever seasoning you're in the mood for.

Oil and seasoning aside – it's roughly $2.50 per meal not accounting for leftover chicken or broccoli.
