These okra fries can battle a regular potato fries – they’re just as crispy, savory, and satisfying, all the while providing so much more nutrients! Simply toss them in a spiced coating mix and cook them in an air fryer or oven. Enjoy!

Crispy Okra Fries
Ingredients:
300g okra
150ml water
1/2 tsp salt

Coating:
1/2 cup camote powder (sweet potato powder)
2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp curry powder
salt and pepper to taste

Air fry at 200°C for 10-12 minutes and flip halfway. Spray with coconut oil

Yogurt Sauce:
150ml non dairy yogurt
2 tbsp dill
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

  1. In the past, I actually used to dislike Okra because it's weird and slimy, haha. But when I discovered the many benefits it provides for your body, I immediately started eating it and I now love it so much! I actually prefer eating Okra as is in order to retain its benefits 🙂

    Okra is truly a super food!
