I was in norway a few months back and i ordered random sushi,the one that looked the most appealing but i seem to not remember the name, i would like to order it again somewhere else so could anyone help me with the name? Im not sure but i think thats shrimp inside?

There’s no particular name. Google the menu. Each sushi place has similar names with different ingredients
The only roll names that will remain the same no matter where you go will be “traditional” rolls like Cali, Philly, or Alaskan and so on… this is a house special roll so the name might be different from other places and restaurants
Looks like a Cowboy roll at some of the places I go. Solid choice!

Rule of thumb, if you order sushi you like from someplace. Take a picture of it, alongside all the ingredients. When you go to other sushi places just tell the chef you want a custom roll and tell them the ingredients, its very easy. Or pick a sushi roll with the most similar amount of ingredients and add or subtract items you want in/on the roll.

Custom rolls per restaurant seems to vary wildly.
With no exceptions that, my friend, is known as a Smoochi Roll! They are especially great with a side of Smoy Sauce!
It’s topped with salmon. Not many places I’ve been to do deep fried imitation crab. That is kind of unusual but that’s what you’d want to look for on a menu.
