I used the Bake with Jack 'sourdough for beginners' recipe and split it in half. In one half I added chopped sundried toms in oil and some cheddar chunks.

In the other I added several handfuls of nuts, some sesame seeds (all roasted) and some chopped apricots and dates.

The date loaf was very dry and quite firm to touch, but seems to have done better than the tomato one which didnt rise very well?

I cooked them at 240C (fan forced) for 30 mins, then put them directly on the oven rack for another 30min.

All tips and advice very much appreciated!

I forgot to mention. The nut loaf was in a round tin for rising, and the tomato was in a longer, more oval one
