So I prep on Mondays because that's my day off.
I make grab and go meals for 4 days which I can bring to work. I try to add protein and fiber to each meal.
The meals usually look something like this.
– snack: quark, which is kinda like a high protein Greek yoghurt. It's white chocolate flavor (sugar free) topped with strawberries and a digestive cookie
Breakfast: overnight oats with vanilla protein powder, chia seeds, apple and cinnamon
Lunch: sandwich with bacon and egg, paired with carrots

I have a question, what’s the last day of your meal prep like? Do you feel like the food is as good as it was on the first day?
