They were a bit small and cooked very quickly, I'll try bigger pieces on a lower heat next time. Still delicious in a steak sandwich with homemade moutard a l'ancienne, parmigiano cheese and spring onions.

    I’ve seen this a few times now, very tempted to try. So what cut of meat is it? What temp? How long? And you just trim off pieces as you want?
