Looks amazing! I had shirataki noodles with stir fried veggies. Tbh, the mouthfeel made the 8 kcal per 100g not worth it 😬 I’ll just eat regular pasta with more veggies for the volume because I cannot do this LMAO
This looks super yummy!! Im a sucker for sandwiches!
I had a pita pizza with a Toufayan whole wheat pita, Classico pizza sauce, and low fat mozzarella dipped in Skinny Girl chipotle ranch with a Fairlife chocolate protein shake all for 500 cals. I don’t eat breakfast or snack so that leaves 700 cals for dinner.

Quest protein chips are the best!!
whateverpieces
Dashi broth (10 cal), noodles (190 cal), Ramen Bae vegetable topping (70 cal—it’s little freeze-dried bits of green onion, mushrooms, tofu, etc.) and an egg (70 cal). 340 calories.

Hospital cafeteria served a Mediterranean bowl. Got some sort of barley or other grain, vegan meatballs (didn’t eat- they weren’t very good), cucumber, tomato, hummus, butter beans, small stuffed grape leaves, and a tzatziki sauce. Had to forgo the pita chips that went along with it. Also got an apple- trying to eat more fruit these days.

Great job! I have a very similar lunch most days.
In case you’re interested in cutting a smidge more calories, Hellmans Light Mayo is 35 cals for 15g and Natures Own Keto bread is 70 cals for 2 slices. Saves you about 25 calories and I think the bread is thicker and tastier than the Sara Lee version.

I had Thai larb with cabbage and cucumbers, a fried egg, half a cup of papaya salad and a packet of little seaweed sheets. Do we get to eat back calories for the snot/sweat lost from how spicy this was??

Tuna avocado rice cakes -rice cakes, 1/2 avocado, can of tuna, cottage cheese (instead of mayo), jalapenos, slice of pepperjack
Went out for a bowl of ramen and a coke! Followed up with a nice gym session to work off the bulk of it. A very comfy start to my afternoon.
Tonight I might do fish tacos. Your sandwich looks awesome. 🙂
The struggle is kinda real 😩
