This is my favorite sauce in the world. Hot as all get out but absolutely packed with flavor. It has a slight lime flavor that builds and builds with the heat of the Trinidad Scorpion pepper.
Harry Singh is a local legend in Minneapolis. His Caribbean restaurant is amazing and they offer a wide range of sauces. If you are ever in town, stop in. Harry is a great guy and his food and sauces are worth praise. Pick up a bottle if you get the chance. You can also catch them at the MN State Fair.
