Hello I posted yesterday about my grill flaring up uncontrollably and got a lot of đź’© saying clean your grill this clean your grill that. Like I stated, lately I have been cleaning my grill every other cook. By cleaning I mean scraping everything then using a shop vac to vacuum everything out. Cleaned again today and had the same issue with the uncontrollably flame. I must admit it never crossed my mind to clean the internal temperature sensor probe but tried cleaning that and still had no luck. I believe the issue is that too many pellets are falling in burn pot but don't know what may be causing it.

We Need Your Help!
We’ve noticed that recent changes in Reddit’s algorithms have made it harder for original content (OC) communities like ours to get the visibility we used to enjoy. This shift means that posts and comments aren’t getting the attention they deserve.

I haven’t taken apart my pellet grill to watch how it works, but that looks like a lot of pellets… I could be crazy tho
Definitely looks like too many pellets as you noted. Could be that the internal temp probe isn’t relaying internal temp to the control board which continues dumping pellets via the auger into the pot to raise the temp. Or the control board is malfunctioning and can’t moderate the auger. The 1-800 number for your brand can probably hook you up with a replacement probe and control board for free.
