part two of a series where I tell you guys things that my ex did to me to manipulate and Gaslight me and I give it to you ladies so you can do it back to men this is how you keep the upper hand in your relationship this is a tactic my ex used multiple times it’s called darvo deny responsibility attack them reverse roles of the victim and the offender for example one time I unexpectedly returned home early from a trip when I entered our home I saw our photos were off the walls I asked him why are our pictures off the wall did you have girls over here while I was gone Alana are you serious like you’re actually accusing me of having girls over here I took the photos down because I missed you so much I couldn’t even look at them I just felt so sad anytime I saw pictures together oh my God he’s so sweet I felt so bad this is all my fault I SED this whole fight because of my insecurities come to find out he had hes in the hot tub hose in the hot tub people the whole thing

this is genuinely such a fucked up series. LADIES!!! some men are assholes, some men are angels. don’t go around being toxic and manipulative to every man you come across because some men are like this. it’s exactly how you stay single for the rest of your life; don’t become the person you hated
