what’s happening Nick Martinez to keator to adhere and tonight for dinner we made a Quito egg bake that is absolutely delicious the kids love it check this one out I think you’ll like it all right let’s get started we’ve got a pound of sausage just breakfast sausage I’m gonna put about 1/2 cup of onion in there I’m just gonna get this all cooked down a really nice after this is cook we’ll add some more vegetables to it all right well the sausage is cooking we’re going to crack our eggs and get kind of our wet ingredients all together we’re going to do 6 eggs so I’ve got core in there so far this is egg number 6 so we’ve got our six eggs now we’re gonna put in some of our other wet ingredients so I’ve got mayonnaise 1/2 cup of mayo is going in here and then we’re gonna get a couple other things into our mixture we’ve got sage and I actually need the music all right here we go I’m always like your sage but you don’t know what sage actually tastes like or what it smells like at least not in my brain look at that okay we’ve got our sausage all cooked up here looks like it’d use this a little bit more cooking we’re gonna Brown it a little bit but as that’s cooking down we’re gonna add in a little bit of zucchini 2 cups of zucchini and we’re gonna add in our cabbage also 2 cups of cabbage and this is gonna be a lot of fun just to stir around in this pan here but this is our inside of the egg bake okay it’s nice and whisked together finally we’re gonna add just a little bit of black pepper a touch of salt and a pad more and then I’m gonna whisk that in there really quick and then we’re gonna add about a cup of our cup and a half of cheddar cheese so this is gonna go in here and get mixed in with the cheese mixture and you leave about half a cup just kind of as the topping but you’re just gonna move the cheddar cheese around in the egg mixture just get it mixed up real good this is gonna go amongst the rest of the casserole here which is almost ready to happen okay next step we’re just going to layer our meat and veggie mixture here into our pan I pre grease this pan so witness thick I’m just gonna flatten this out last thing that I’m gonna do is I’m gonna go ahead and add in our egg mixture so we’re gonna take the rest of our eggs we’re just gonna pour them around this is why we added more eggs originally we only had three eggs in this and it just wasn’t enough to get everything covered and I’m gonna have to spread it around a little bit with my spatula here but it will just go all around and get all around our castle here which this looks delicious okay I added a half cup of cheese to our the top of our casserole or the rest of the cheese now we’re gonna put in the oven at 375 for about thirty minutes and we’re gonna see how it turns out alright we just pulled it out of the oven let it cool for a minute or two I think I overcooked it just a touch but the egg is really perfectly cooked I would probably take maybe two minutes off of the cook time I pulled it out just as it was the 30 minutes was up and it was probably just a minute or two too long but you know what I think it’s gonna be awesome let’s see if I can get one cleanly out of the pan oh yeah look at that ha ha I love it okay the moment of truth how does it taste mmm mmm that is good the sausage has a nice flavor in there the sage is just like a touch of sage I can kind of taste and maybe I had to master but not really I mean wonderful combination of flavors pretty easy to make keto friendly and something the whole family is gonna love what more could you ask for with that remember keep it simple keep it fun keep it keto have an awesome night

  1. Looks delish…question. The recipe says 4 eggs, but it should be 6, right? Also, the video didn't add mustard, but it's in the recipe. Should it be added? If so…is it prepared mustard or ground mustard? How many servings is it?

  2. Great job barely showing the finished meal at the end. And you'd probably have more views if the thumbnail was the food instead of your goofy face. Marketing 101, ya know?
