So, I'm hosting a wine meet with some strangers for the first time where we try artisanal lesser appreciated works of art and express our thoughts on winemaking philosophy.
The theme is French and I am unfamiliar with most of these producers.
Are there any that are particularly special for us to try?

I’ve had the ’16 and ’17 Raffault Chinon Les Picasses, and I’d love to try some older bottles.
I’ve tried and liked Eric Texier and Clos du Jaugueyron, I think they work quite well and also a bit differently than most winemakers in their AOC. If you are not afraid of natural wines I have enjoyed Gramenon and Marc Delienne but some bottles were a bit off, though it is mostly very good in my opinion.
Enjoy!
