Great results and an easy going dough.

Recipe by Bim Milsom.

1200g bread flour
730g milk
300g starter
80g honey
3 eggs
20g salt

Mix it all up to windowpane

Leave it to increase about 30%

Divide into 110g pieces and ball up

Leave for 15 minutes

Pin out

Leave to double

Cook in frying pan on medium heat with lid 3-4 minutes each side

    Ugh. Thank you for this. I’ve been dying to make some English muffins for a few months and I think I’ll give my starter a test with this one once it’s ready. Beautiful little muffins.
