    Jalapeno popper chicken casserole using leftover rotisserie chicken, leftover bacon crumbles, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and jalapenos.

    * 2.5 cups rotisserie chicken (white meat) pieces
    * 1/3 cup bacon crumbles
    * 1/2 cup mild cheddar cheese, shredded
    * 4 oz cream cheese, softened
    * 3 jalapenos, sliced up
    * Garlic powder
    * Sprinkle of garlic salt

    1. Layer chicken, cream cheese, jalapenos, seasonings, cheddar, and bacon.
    2. Cook at 375 for 35 min. (30 min would have been fine… maybe even less, since the chicken is already cooked)
