Help, what’s wrong with my peppers?

Hi, I need help identifying and remediating whatever is messing with my pepper plants. Not sure if this is a pest, disease, or lack of nutrient/water. I have two potted plants, one jalapeño and one ancho both of which have been displaying the issue. Thanks!
