I've really been struggling with the meal preps lately due to work and needing the time remaining to unwind, not cook.
Since I had some time off, I decidedto do some serious meal prepping that will take me through 2+ months. These meals will will be supplemented with sandwiches or other on-the-fly meals.
Pictures show 42 prepped meals (Chicken jambalaya, shepard's pie, BBQ chicken w/ sweet or russet potatoes, and taco soup), 29 servings (87 ish) Blueberry Protein waffles, and black bean protein brownies. Not shown is about 20ish servings of "instant" protein pumpkin spice oatmeal. Yes, I know, there are a lot of protein named meals, but cooking with protein powders helps balance the macros by reducing carbs with protein. It helps me feal fuller
