I had a breakfast date and met a friend for lunch so this is what fit into my remaining calories.

I’m moving away from eating dinner at all because it greatly helps reduce my issues with reflux. Sometimes I’ve just got to nibble in the evening and this “meal” really hit the spot. I guess I just think it’s funny because it looks very unappealing and I my husband looked at me like I had 2 heads when I sat down to eat.

    If it works for you that’s all that matters. You could add some herbs/spices too for more complexity

  2. Girl I feeeeeel you I had 2oz chicken breast with some mustard and kimchi yesterday after ravenously snacking through my chaotic workday and was like damnnn this slaps lol

    Hey, I hope you’ve talked to your doc about your acid reflux without going straight to trying to manage symptoms as it can be a key indicator for a lot of things.

    I had it pretty bad years ago and switched to eating dinner at around 5pm. Maybe with a snack later. If I really need it and it’s helped.

    My sad dinner was 2oz ham rolled in a slice of provolone and steamed broccoli with a tablespoon of mayo. All because I had a 500 calorie homemade egg chorizo burrito for lunch and ran out of calories.
